Lego Creator 3in1 (4918)

Grandma Elvira and Odil had return from their vacation abroad. They had a lot of present for us, one of them was Lego Creator 3in1 they bought in Takashimaya, Singapore.

According to the manual, this Lego can be build into 3 items, That is a helicopter, a jet plane, and amphibious propeller air plane. The package came with a plactic casing sized like an adult's palm and 5 cm thick. Like some of Bionicle series, only smaller. Here's the pictures of casing.

Here is the cover of the manual, It has 24 pages, contains the 3 models you can create, of course it's Lego, you can be as creative as you want. So there are actually unlimited possibility of creation.	The list of bricks in the last page of manual

Hot Wheels - Fast Fortress

This car is not a regular car, it has B-17 Flying Fortress body, the engine position is compact and the wing is cut into small size. The body also got shortened. The propeller engines seems like changed into jet engines. Another interesting details is the famous lady picture below the canopy that were in real B-17 is there too.

With six wheels, it deserves the name of Fast Fortress.

The story : Granma Nit just had some extra money, so she took Panpan and Mommy to Hero, a store nearby their house. Back home... Panpan brought another new hot wheel to add up his collection, this one was in the poster he had, and in the same series to Nitro Scorcher I told you few days ago.

Airplane Model - F14 Tomcat

The Story : This one was from Auntie Odil (daddy's little sister), She gave it after got back from honeymoon in Bali, don't know where she bought it. But I guess that this piece was bought buy Uncle Anton (her husband) when he was abroad. The box said that it was a Mirage jet fighter, but inside, it was a F14 Tomcat. Panpan would easily recognised it because he has a large poster of it, right beside his bed. "This one is Tomcat! just like the picture! It is the same, look at the tail, and look at the wing!". But this model can't move it's wing just like I hope before handled it.

It has nice details, but some part's just wasn't there. No antennas, camera, additional fuel tank, and no cockpit details. It got fixed canopy, it can't be open. The missile mount was too loose so those sidewinders and AMRAAMs can't be mounted to the plane.

In just hours, Panpan learn a lot about F-14 Tomcat and its wing, sidewinder, AMRAAM, rudder, throttle, flaps, etc.
The day was completed with the movie Topgun, one of daddy's movies collection.

Hot Wheels - Nitro Scorcher

This formula car has color silver-Chrome has metal base.

Initially this car was released in red under the name "Ferracin". It said "Ferracin" on the card and on the base of the car. It's rumored that there may have been some dispute with Ferrari or Formula 1 Racing about this model, and Mattel changed the name of the car to Nitro Scorcher. Mattel even went so far as to remove the "1" tampo from the hood of this car, which is quite odd, since they haven't changed the tampos for any of the first edition color repaints this year.













The story : January 13th, 2007.
Dad and mum went to Malang city to look after their new house, then to a homeschooling event held by Asahpena. Back at home, Daddy present him this Nitro Scorcher along with rambutans and bakpao telo (bun that made of from sweet potato)

This car is in the list of 2007 Hot Wheels poster, that he got from XY-kids mag (Dec2007). That excited him even more, "This one!, This one!, Here's in the list!!!" while jumping and pointing to the picture.
